Along with standard or lightly battered choices, Browns are very happy
to cook your food using gluten and wheat free batter.
We use the best such batter available. Glu-2-Go, created by an award
winning business, is suitable for coeliacs or those with a wheat
intolerance, and is in accordance with guidelines from the
Coeliac Society.
We are pleased to say that the Coeliac Society recommends
Browns as an approved dining establishment.
